Bayshore Real Estate Opportunity Fund Limited Partnership (the “Fund” or the “Partnership”) was formed by Bayshore Capital Inc. (“Bayshore”) and Alcion Ventures Limited Partnership (“Alcion”) (collectively, the “Advisors”) to invest primarily in multi-family condominiums, townhomes and apartment complexes, constructed single-family homes, commercial properties, and hotels in primarily the State of Florida. Bayshore and Alcion will act as the investment advisor and asset manager for the Fund.
